Manage local and SCPC Tier (2) projects in the UAE and other countries where
needed (i.e. Iraq, Oman and Qatar)
Develop and maintain relationships with owner/operator companies in UAE for
Swagelok products and services
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with UAE EPC’s, OEM’s and
package vendors through managing and interpreting their technical and
commercial requirements
Negotiate tenders, contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company
needs
Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education and after-sales support
services
Help develop our project team to be more effective in the market
Responsible for pursuing Swagelok specification with all UAE owner operators,
and other strategic accounts.
Managing Daily activities:
o Morning brief, follow up with accounts managers progress and main
quotations.
o Meeting main EPC, OEM and Distributors. (inside UAE, and around ME)
o Meeting with Main Client - ADCO, ADMA-OPCo, GasCo, ZADCO, and
Other.
Managing Weekly Activities:
o Weekly update to GM.
o Weekly meeting with Account managers, review their weekly visit plan,
quotation, problems and other issue.
o Review with Account Manager their PPP and the 8 Point -Action Plan.
o Make sure to meet the targets and forecast.
o Conference call with Division (Manufacturer Locations): follow up.
o Meeting with Main Client - KOC, ARAMCO, PDO, Qatar Gas, Ras gas,
SOC, SGC in Iraq and others.
Annual Activities:
o Set the Forecast for the Middle East Area and present it to GM.
o Set PPP for Account managers.
o Set the 8-Action Plan.
o Arrange our participation in exhibitions.
o Make sure that we hit our target with the available tools.
o Set the plans for training (internal or external) for Distributor, Account
managers or clients.
o Set plan for lunching new products or for the Road Show.
Provide technical support for distribution channel in the Middle East

according to the time & motion studies
Calculating electrical loads & air consumptions of the machines
Scheduling the plan of works & jobs according to the delivery, installation,
etc.
- Supervising the delivery operations of received machines
- Administrating the process of installation, training & operating the new machines
- Managing After Sales Service & Relations
Sales for Wood Machinery & providing technical support by terms of maintenance.
Controlling Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems , design and implement engineering method with electronic control LPC, CNC and other computerized method.
