for all the off shore equipment and material.
- Responsible for Insurance policies issuance and
perform the administration work needed and
follow up until claim amount is received.
- Responsible for Government Relations and legal
affairs to ensure the good running of business and
avoid sanctions. Such as Ministry of State
Environmental Affairs, Ministry of Communications
etc…
- Responsible for administrative staff by recruiting,
selecting, orienting, and training employees,
maintaining a safe and secure work environment,

- Responsible for issuing the work permit visas for
foreigners.
- Following and communicate with different
departments to ensure achieving pre-set objectives
and resolving escalated problem.
- Responsible for monitoring and following up the
outsource security staff and all concerned

allowances, training, rewards and bonuses, social
insurance and salaries tax& insurance).
- Revise and pay bills, rents, electricity, gas, phones,
and internet….etc. and ensure control and optimum
costs and preparing all the required reports needed.
- Preparing the Petty cash reports and withholding tax
reports (strong experience in all accounting process) - Responsible for construction social insurance and
irregular workers payments files.

• Establishment the provider’s database for the subcontractor’s services.
• Receive and identify the needs of the plants of the subcontractors' services (Skilled labors, Mobile equipment, Industrial cleaning, Environmental measurement, Inland transportation, Packing contractors, etc.) according to business needs.
• Manage the process of receiving the supply offers from the providers, selection, negotiation for best prices and services.
• Preparing the contracts with the providers including the KPIs reviews, amendments and ensure the implementation of service.
• Manage subcontractors' providers payments, considering the invoices, provided services, deductions etc., in coordination with the finance department.
• Follow up with the contractor opining the construction social insurance files and implement of the regular payments related to the due invoices.
• Manage subcontractors' provider’s evaluations (KPIs reports) to help with future business decisions.
• Develop and updates a number of reports and records of subcontractors activities to help following up the budget, business progress and profitability.
