Clean Fuel Project Construction Manager
Manage the construction of a mega project to upgrade the refinery and build new units to produce a higher specifications gasoline and diesel to meet the new requirements in the world markets. The Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) had been contracted to WorelyParsons, USA.

May 2006 to July 2008
Sea Water Scrubber Project Manager
Developed and executed a major environmental project (Sea Water Scrubber for the FCC Unit Flue Gas Effluent). The Engineering, Procurement and Construction Planning (EPCP) had been contracted to Fluor Daniel, Netherlands.
