• Use of Business Intelligence for new projects in Oman, ideas for participation in project, dissemination of information of various business groups in HQ, proposing business models : Equity participation, JV, etc. and solutions in lieu of company policy.
• Seeking new business opportunities with Refinery - Petrochemical and refinery industries, Steel plants, Infrastructure, new business area like renewable energy, Artificial Intelligence.
• Liaison with various government agencies mainly ministries, institutes, etc. for collection of info and updating Head Office timely and precisely.
• Preparing reports on country’s economic and political situation, sharing important news with head office and regional office, supporting General Manager for management functions.
• Training of new staffs especially Omani.
• Obtained and executed consecutive businesses from Tata Motors (Formally TELCO), leading Indian automobile maker to supply Sheet metal dies from Fujitechnica, Japan.
• Developed continuous with Goodlass Nerolac Paints - India's leading Industrial Paint manufacturer to supply paint raw material on Annual basis. Established cost effective sources from Thailand, Singapore to keep the price competitive.
• Developed Industrial machinery business with Indian mid segment industries.
• Established a New forging plant for Rolex Rings Rajkot by supplying Sakamura formers and Mitsubishi Nagasaki Ring Rolling mills.
• Developed industrial machinery business of Araya Rim Manufacturing line and Tyre Building machinery
• Developed export of CAD services business from India with Mullar Weingarton, Germany for their US based customer.
• Was looking after CDM Clean Development mechanism and Carbon reduction business.
• Project engineer (Instrumentation) for Naphtha Cracker, Poly-Propylene, Tri-ethylene glycol plant.
