ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Full responsibility related to the OSP project ( resources management, achieve agreed P&L, achieve agreed collection plan…etc)
• A close follow-up on the staff productivity.
• Following and managing the OSP project dues and payments flow within a secure cash flow.
• Pursue and follow through the implementation of the projected budget after the Group High Management approval.
• Participate and positively contribute to the budget OSP projection
• Ensure the application and development of the process and procedures in line with Companies quality policy
• Supervise and follow up competence development plan for OSP project and Participate with the concerned head of department on all recruitment.
• Adhering to the reporting system, whether vertical or horizontal between GM and Deputy CEO’s.
• Transacting with the major client with the aim and effort to furtherance productive relationship.
• Develop new businesses that would generate extra income to the company.
• Conduct a thorough market survey regarding all aspects of the business and keep up-to-date
• Study thoroughly the binding commercial contracts and seize the responsibility in signing the said contracts.
• Negotiate with suppliers in order to get best Quality/price ratio.
• Team spirit with all staff and managers based on mutual respect and cooperation.
• Maintain and to act on the preserving of Companies assets.
• Treat with highly secrecy and confidentiality all the materials information, data and details obtained or used in the company, and shall not disclose any of the company information collected.
• Guarantee not to engage either directly or indirectly in any agreement, commitment, business or other work that may stand in conflict or in contrast with any of obligations under this position.
The management has the right to change and or add to the duly mentioned duties and responsibilities at any given time.
Managing the Fiber Optic Project
Managing the small fiber Optic project .
My responsibilities :
Responsible for Optical fiber cable splice, testing and termination .This include both type of splicing technique (Fusion, Mechanical) Familiar with OTDR equipment to perform the proper cable testing Multinational companies experience is considered.
• Testing using EXFO, Acterna, Wavetek, Siemens and Corning OTDR Tester )
• Splicing using fusion splicing machine (Fitel, Fujikura, Corning, ).
• Project Management.
