Steer and direct manufacturing operations and supervision for above 30, 000 cubic meters of High strength ready mix concrete monthly, Projects included Collage of Engineering, Collage of science and collage of Art and education at Sabah Al-Salem University City - Kuwait University, plus Al-Shaya Tower, Manage five supervisors overseeing 120+ employees, Design and implement coaching and training programs to develop staff, facilitate efficiency, and improve performance. • Achieved the required target to product of 35000+ m3 of ready mix concrete monthly from only KU site Plant with 35 Working Transit mixers and four mobile pumps.
Leaded and managed two shifts to operate two site batching plants to product of 30, 000+ m3 of High strength ready mix concrete monthly at Boubyan Seaport Phase1- Stage1 Road, Bridge Project. Establish operational policies and implement process improvements to ensure superior quality and outstanding output of 300, 000 m3 of ready mix concrete production for piles and precast concrete.
Selected Contributions: • Solved the problem of bad quality of available washed sand which delay the project about two months, approved three suppliers of good quality washed sand same time, organize the inbound logistics and within two weeks the production strongly started.
• Achieved of Daily Production of 1500+ m3 of high performance ready mix concrete with Fly Ash, this kind of production is unique at Kuwait market.
• Reduced the wastage and overtime to reduce the costs which leaded to achieve a net profit of K.D.5M at the end of the contract.
