•Serves customers by selling products; meeting customer needs.

Engineering Materials Management (2 weeks)
•Observe the repair, modification, overhaul and refurbishment of un-serviceable aircraft components.
•Observe the strategic methodologies for providing spares support for each type of equipment and controls aircraft spares and material inventories.
Engineering Technical Services (ETS) ( 3 weeks)
•Familiarization of technical documentations and manuals.
•Familiarization of Airworthiness directives using in-house service bulletins, E workflow and service information.
•Sell corporate products and services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.
•Business targets through effective management.
Summer Mission
•Provide customer service personnel to help passengers pass quickly and smoothly through airport.
•Guide, and assist passengers from kerbside through to boarding gates.
•Provide various services offered by Etisalat such as Mobile TV, Mobile Broadband, Mobile Cam, Weyak gaming, music, sports, movie premiers, video calls and greetunes and service offers free from Etisalat - was given detailed training on how to handle customers with queries .
Launch of a new product from Muratec.
•Provide information about the projects and properties to visitors / investors.
