My Role: - Update Journals for accounting documents, complete filing of hard and soft copies, scan forms for database archive;
- Issue internal accounting documents (Petty Cash, Expense Claim Forms, HR related);
- Support travel, HR policies document work flow;
- Full cycle bookkeeping in Software system for the Group of companies;
- Petty Cash Management, Monthly Plan Request and closer with respective comparison between budget and real cost expense;
- Petty Cash and Bank Statements reconciliation;
- Close monthly accounts by 8th of next month and issue Financial Statements;
- Keep Cost centres management reporting updated;
- Project Cost Management reporting updated;

My Role: - Complete implementation of a certified Accounting Software ( including
all data bases and tailor made configurations as per the company's needs and the type
of business) to automate the accounting procedures;
- Execution and presentation of the Annual Accounts Management to the Board of
directors ( including Balance Sheet, Results report, Cash Flows, Bank Reconciliation);
- Control and management Maps of costumers occupancy of vacancies in order to
keep the company with best profit performance;
- Analysis of expenses and earnings to support the Administration in decision-making
to increase Results;
- Annual delivery of all tax obligations (IRC Map of Independent and Dependent
Workers, Social Patronage donations and other Accessory Obligations);
- Payable/Receivable Roll (to employees, suppliers, Social Security and Governmental
Tax Authority);
- Responsible for all regular accounting procedures such as: Billing; Book Keeping;
