Reviewed project data, identified and reported market trends, highlighted various types of anomalies and proposed corrective actions; if performance is not in line with specifications (e.g. projects’ milestones, domestic market leasing trends and adaptation, reduction of service charges for residential units’ owners, among others).
HR Advisory: overseeing the recruitment of new staff and Org. Structure, conducting interviews, including induction/screening, job descriptions, re-imbursements, allocation of allowances, follow up on pending issues with HR regarding staff within the Directorate (No. of personnel over 80), etc.

Executed ISO and Business Continuity Management System - BCMS Compliance (e.g. corporate policies and procedures review and enhancement, internal compliance and execution tracking)
Executed Internal Audit Dpt. appointed recommendations post audit exercises and established mitigation planning to allow transparency, KPI delivery and compliance with existing policies and procedures
Delegating work of Executive Director (ED) to staff (Directors, Line Managers, Heads, etc.) and managed/executed workload and output during EDs’ absence
