• Understand the work scope and ensure the contractor and sub-contractors comply with project requirements
• Coordinate and review the engineering deliverables.
• Initiate and maintain Project deliverables.
• Follow up project related matters for timely resolution within the contractor and client.
• Assist in project planning. Ensure the project progress as scheduled.
• Initiate process work orders and invoices when milestones are achieved.
• Prepare project specific procedures and technical scope of work(SOP).
• Negotiate and award sub-contracts.
• Effective site management and ensure safe and timely completion of projects.
• Issue and track RFI's (Request for Information), and TQ's(Technical Queries) as required.
• Initiate and manage project procurement process and material tracking.
• Co-ordinate with client and vendor representatives.
• Co-ordinate with operations for the facility startup activities
• Support effective departmental co-ordinations.
• Plan and conduct walk downs with client and contractor representatives at site.
• Identify and co-ordinate to clear the punch list.
• Document technical activities as part of the Facility Turn Over to the End User.
• Prepare Turnover Completion Packages/documents - TCP
• Review the Redline Markup Drawings.
• Prepare project progress reports for the management and customer.
• Ensure quality, safety and all regulatory requirements are valued.
• Support Engineering to prepare the As-built deliverables.
• Coordinate with QAQC to ensure all non-conformances are identified, controlled and satisfactorily corrected.
• Involve in risk management reviews in all phases of the project.

• Comprehending and coordination with Sales Team to evaluate the client’s requirement.
• Manage planning, cost and timely completion of assigned project activities.
• Review contract and plan the execution activities accordingly.
• Prepare control Philosophy.
• Coordinate with vendors and client representatives.
• Formulating the technical datasheets and control wiring diagram.
• Responsible for I/O charting and memory mapping.
• Accountable for detail engineering of the project.
• Review and approve the panel design documents.
• Supervise the Panel Building.
• Develop PLC logic, Operator Interface and SCADA.
• Establish communication with third party equipment over Profibus or Modubus .
• Prepare and Execute Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
• Prepare and execute commissioning activities of the project.
• Responsible for the execution of project in accordance with contract requirement.
• Prepare redlines if necessary.
• Ensure all updated documents/plan/drawings are available to the client.
• Advice the management of any budget issues as & when it is noted.
• Review of the contract T & C’s and update/advice accounts for timely invoicing
• Impart training to the Client representative.
• Provide technical support as and when required by the client.
