 Update Cost Commitments and Cost Forecast for Man-hour, Materials, Subcontracting and Other Expenses.
 Lead in providing Presentation slides for COMPANY/CONTRACTOR/ LICENSOR Executive Management
meetings.
 Prepare and update man-hours consumed / spent for EPC scope and LICENSOR Management scope.
 Prepare weekly agenda and presentation materials for COMPANY and CONTRACTOR Project Control meeting.
 Update Weekly Engineering Progress and Productivity Report (actual man-hours for CONTRACTOR and
Engineering Subcontractor)
 Report / Coordinates with the Controls Division Manager related to Project Control for various on-going
projects.
 Preparation of cost reports with Commitments and Forecast.

 Coordinate with engineering, construction, and procurement and project groups to review the scope of the
jobs in terms of deliverables to be submitted to the client, to finalize schedules to be met, and utilize resources
required as per contract.
