MW network rollout, integration & commissioning of 2G, 3G, TDD, FDD services of Saudi Telecom Co. The overall project scope is HLD, project acceptance, MOP, Quality management mechanism, implementation methodology among subcontractor, contract delivery PAT & site handover. Job responsibilities: End to End site integration, installation Quality Control before ON AIR, Pre-PAT Control & success rate% (cause of Rejection due to Telecom), monthly audit trackers, weekly routine inspection report, Customer satisfaction complaints and solutions. Performance: In month of April-15, I was transferred from EBG to PMO dept at Qassim region. The task responsibilities was assigned by RPM is, ON AIR site acceptance, Quality control including delivery of 53 New sites of STC 4G3. Telecom-PAT markup success was achieved 43% (17/39) with customer satisfaction and 17% failure of rejection. Find out root cause of rejection, prepared OIL summary and implemented cost effective solutions in upcoming sites as agreed with customer. Increase in markup success by end of September 2015-H2 is 34 sites PAT accepted by customer and remaining 23 is ongoing.

Commission of integrated services offered by reliable, redundant VoIP & UC solution composed of 20 FSDs. The overall scope is engineering, design, procure, install, test and commission as follows; 1.70, 000 IP hard phones and interfaces including licenses. 2.149 - LAG sites to support 30, 000 analog telephones with POTS, XDSL, ISDN BRI interfaces.
3.Four SS7 signaling gateway of TAG sites, Dhahran840, Riyadh345, Jeddah007 & Yanbu0012 with TDM E1/PRI and STM-1 trunk for bearer traffic.
4.Two MCC host core sites with call control, application, management, billing, provisioning and services layer with 10G redundancy. 5.Survivability solution with Local call control of remote sites like shaybah, Hawtah, Abu Ali, Tanajib Marine. 6.Overall IP call control architecture and capability to support SIP, H.248, H.323, MGCP and associated protocol.7.Unified Messaging media with integration of email, fax, voicemail, video conferencing for Saudi Aramco’s enterprise users.
8.Structure cabling up gradation including new racks, terminal block, cableways, CAT-6E cables and public phone outlets.
9.DC power system up gradation for specified LAG, TAG and CC sites.
10.UPS commissioning in specified TRs & TERs.
