• Scheme design drawing preparation for client approval.
• Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing drawing preparation for Authority approval.
• Detailed Design drawings preparation in coordination with Architect, Structural and ID departments.
• Collection of data upon site surveying of new projects before making them to drawings.
• Detailed design drawings preparation for Low Current System (SCN, Access Control, CCTV, etc.
• Service coordinated drawing preparation.
• Shop drawing preparation.
• Take-off quantities from drawings & 3D views for new & refurbishment projects required for tendering.
• Monitor/discuss project design review meeting.
• Preparation of design changes as required by Consultant.
• Co-ordination with the consultants and clients representatives.
• Preparation of daily activity reports, work schedule and reporting to the management.
• Project Documentation (Includes Preparation of User Manuals & Reports).
• Site supervision for accomplishment of works as per approved drawing, coordination with store for material delivery
etc.
