• Conducts and participates in technical compliance audits on all ongoing maintenance activities enforcing contractual compliance by the Facility Management (FM) providers.
• Monitors and inspects planned and reactive maintenance works for compliance against contract requirements and best practice FM service delivery.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the Client agreed Site Inspection Procedures are to the client’s satisfaction.
• Conducts daily site audits to prescribed checklists for Hard and Soft services inclusive of Health and Safety compliance.
• Conducts site condition surveys and submits written reports as per client expectations.
• To report any quality issues that might have a counter effect on time, cost, or operational impact on the client’s business in a timely manner.
• Maintain all QA/QC inspection documents and ensure that they are up to date and meet all requirements.
• Participates in reviewing Close-Out Report on any capital works as submitted by Contractors.
• Review service provider invoices and verification of payments.
• Ensure CAFM Asset Lists and Planned Maintenance Schedules are up to date.
• Coordinate monthly performance evaluation.
• To respond to Client emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manage.
• Coordinates with the HSE team to ensure health and safety measures are always implemented.

• Responsibility for supervising and performing specialized facilities engineering works existing buildings. Which may include, but are not limited to, activities related to the maintenance, repair and modification of equipment’s and materials involved in Heating, Lighting, Ventilation, Air-conditioning, Water Supply, Sanitation, Public Health, Fire Protection, Safety Systems, elevators, Landscaping, acoustics, mechanical devices and equipment’s.
• Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all tasks are accomplished safely and with a focus upon a quality.
• Carry out maintenance works including preventative maintenance inspections, and urgent/emergency customer requests.
• Supervise and support the team of technicians for their day to day operations including troubleshooting and arrange required spare parts.
• Verifies actual hours worked by personnel to reduce manpower expenditure and improve productivity.
• Addresses Customer concerns in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
• Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
• Addresses customer concerns in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
• Generation of daily/weekly/monthly plan/progress reports & bill of quantity for reporting authority.
• Organizing cleaning and janitorial services.
• Training of the workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain Fire Suppression System.
• Able to manage more than 30 persons crew.
• Regularly process work order requests and monitor vendor response time.
I have five year KSA experience and also four years in Pakistan.
