Managing Health and safety.
•Lead and manages all project sub-contractors HSE team in compliance to Project’s HSE Procedures
•Performs pre-bid HSE analysis and assists in selection of sub-contractors per Contract procedures.
•Reviews and updates Site HSE program per site condition and Client’s HSE requirements.
•Develops HSE Job Site Bulletin as necessary disseminated to all sub-contractors and EPC team for compliance.
•Performs all necessary functions of an HSE Lead role for the project.
•Leads and maintains Projects record keeping per OSHA guidelines.
•Reviews and approves all of the Contractors’ Job Hazard Analysis, Fall Protection Plan, and Lift Plans, Confined Space entry, LOTO and other critical activities.
•Conducts daily on site hazard/risk assessment and tracks appropriate corrective action in place for close out.
•Conducts HSE awareness training presentation for client.
•Attends daily Construction coordination meeting and substitutes HSE Manager on some occasions during the daily PMT morning meeting.
•Conducts periodic audits, assessments, inspections, and evaluations based on the HSE program outlined
•Leads the Weekly Site Management HSE walkthrough and follow up all observations and non compliance are close out immediately in accordance with the level of risk
•Leads the weekly mass toolbox meetings and other stand down meetings and coordination.
•Cross interface with other EPCM within the site for any HSE interface concerns.
•Administers and performs HSE documentation and reporting protocols such as Weekly HSE Statistics Report, Dashboard Analysis, and Update on incident logs, MIER reports, HSE Attachment of project deliverables.

Inspect and audit all site operation, to monitor compliance of Company HSE policy and report to HSE Manager.
Inspect all relevant files forms and register required to be kept on ensure the routine test and inspection required by the safety plane has duly been carried out and properly recorded.
Monitor observation of site safety rules and issue warnings to workers, word supervisor, site management and sub-contractors for rectifications purpose in case of non- complains and un-satisfactory performances.
Investigate all accidents, incident, and near miss and make necessary recommendation.
Promote the safe execution of work on site and provide safety induction training and safety briefings to workers
Liaise with the appropriate representatives of the Municipality / Government or Public/ Local authorities.
Monthly safety reports from the sites submit the PM at the last day of every month with the copies to the Client Board soon after.
Routine inspection all work areas and advise remedial actions and routinely report to PM in writing and copy to safety folder.
Inspect all the machinery and gears use on the site their legal paper (license and competency papers) Of the operator and machinery itself maintain for safety folder and audit.
To recommend and issues weekly/monthly safety award for the different section of workforce for the best performance and encouragement.
To assist the Security Staff in ensuring the safety and security of human beings, valuable materials, and classified documents pertaining to the premises..
To assist the Security Personnel in all security drills and security procedures laid down in the Standing Orders.
Monitoring Access Control System.
Monitor CCTV operation and when necessary search CCTV information for the Local Enforcement Authorities.
Monitor (SKS Vehicle Tracking System).
Analysis of market strategies and making plans accordingly.
Analysis the risk factors and implement risk control and risk management strategies.
Monitor Occupational health and Hygiene issues of employees.
Routine Audit of clients to discuss quality and safety related issues.
Control logistics departments and make safe journey plans.
