1) Keeping the KHDA online system updated with student data of new and existing students, transfer requests, student good conduct and continuation certificates
2) Working on registering the Parent School contracts with new and existing students;
3) Ensure annual re-enrollment process is completed within the agreed timetable
4) Updating annual school calendar and inspection related data on KHDA portal
5) Working with full responsibility and accountability as Teacher Licensing Coordinator for teaching and leadership roles in the school in conjunction with KHDA and Ministry of Education
6) Translating any required documents from Arabic to English;
7) Working on renewal of licenses and permits (KHDA professional licenses)
8) Supporting if and when required the HR department on KHDA and Ministry of Education Teacher and Leadership approvals for new teachers and teachers who have changed designation
9) Supporting if and when required the HR department in keeping the KHDA online system updated with staff leavers and staff NOC requests;
