• Assess credit & other risks associated with existing and new to bank accounts with full review on clients’ profile, business model, industry & financials. • Prepare for credit notes / proposals with recommended structure of facilities type / limits / conditions / covenants based on the assessment and submit it to higher management for discussion & decision.
• Close monitoring of portfolios’ hygiene and escalate irregularities / deviations with comments / strategy to senior management for decision making.
• Assist RMs in their day to day operations and attend clients’ requests on timely managed frame.
• Sourcing the market for new business and refer the quality potential deals to senior management.
• Assist in developing Credit proposals & financial analysis.
• Maintain existing clients’ database and develop new leads.
• Responsible of operational and administrative functions related to business relationships and processing customers’ requests.
• Assist in preparing various MIS Weekly & Monthly reports related to Real Estate Portfolio, teams’ performance and Division profitability.
• Gathering daily markets updates, competetion and related business news.
• Manage customer arrivals to maximize relationship building opportunities.
• Improving the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service.
• Acknowledging customers promptly and treating them in a courteous manner.
• Introduce bank products, Finding out what information or services the customer requires to meet their needs, providing clear, accurate and relevant information.
• Maintaining a strong knowledge of products of the bank.
• Assist in the analysis of customer trends to enhance sales and service management process and pre-requirements.
• Sales activity planning, including reviewing existing customer files to identify sales opportunities.
• Generate new customers' database, finalizing potential leads for the company.
• Present company product with detailed clarification to the clients.
• Close business deals on daily bases in accordance with my monthly target.
• Building, developing and maintaining strong relationship with company clients.
• Market research and gathering information about the competition.
• Present product and company profile, spread brand awareness in all possible business opportunities.
• Maintain existing & new clients’ database, bring new business leads to the bank (Rental/Sales Projects).
• Define the rent’s rates (according to the market) and prepare the lease agreements.
• Receive rent/sales installments (Cheques, Cash & transfers) and prepare bank receipts.
• Follow up the installments collection during the year.
• Prepare payments receipts, file & deposit the postponement cheques.
• Prepare all Real Estate Dept. reports & statements in Arabic & English.
• Handle the client’s properties files & Projects.
• Property consultant for the bank management as we were responsible of the bank freehold & rental projects.
• Explaining complete mortgage Loans, Car Loans & Personal Loans services to clients.
• Meeting the Bank’s Clients and complete the documents required for processing.
• Converting bank database into Loans leads.
• I have a very good record achieving my monthly and annual sales targets.
• Create & update Data Base for Splash Customers in UAE.
• Direct deal with all Splash customers, deliver company concepts & events to them and handle their problems & complains.
• Member of Splash Marketing Team (Dealing with Arabs Culture Concepts in order to create the right image about Splash to our customers).
