Respond promptly to customers inquiries.
Set up new customers accounts.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Responsible for the collection.
Audit employees performance.
Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
Record technician’s daily visits and prepare their activities reports.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Maintain detailed call activity reports and provide them to the general manager on a regular basis.
