As a Marketing Manager, I am the non-tangible source of income in the company but the active part of the Worldwide group. I am responsible for developing, implementing, and carrying out strategic marketing plans for the entire F&B brands.

To enhance the brands' profit, Brands' reputation, and image within the market, customers' loyalty, brand footfall, and make our brands famous in the Qatari market.

Brand manager
Models Own is a Cosmetic brand based in ( u.k).
-Prepare a feasibility study and submitted it to the franchiser in aspect of launching their brand in Qatar market .
Duties & Responsibility:
-Create work procedure and run the operation based on paper work and standard (S.O.P)
-Opening first Models Own outlet in qatar .
-Staff recruiting .
-Evaluating staff performance and create staff action development for staff.
- Provide standard customer service training to the staff.
- Ordering from the principal in Uk.
-Analyze market, consumer, and competitive information to set new products pricing and managing the price on existing items.
-Finance: Generate costing, profit and loss reports.
-Develops growth targets, business objectives and brand strategies.
-Promote the brand and every new launches through publishing advertising, press release and paid ads in social media .
-Experience of setting up events and invite customers to introduce them about our new launches .
- Experience of managing a distribution department.
- Experience of dealing with contractor to finalize the projects related to models own .
(pioneer staff) Stylist, and Assistant manager when necessary in Jo Malone Qatar (estee lauder) responsibility of maintaining the outstanding customer service as per JO malone standards,
Duties:
-Greet and Welcome the customer
-Assist the customers and identify their needs.
-Close the sale and make add-on's
-Submit daily and weekly reports
-Generating sales,
-Inventory & stocktaking

Moreover, I've got a Training in Dubai for 2 months in customer service and brand standard. As I was Traveling frequently to be updated with Estee Lauder company.
