Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as managing information between departments, acting as a point of contact for visitors and provide organizational support in general, Administration and even human resources to a certain extent. There are a number of tasks that an office coordinator needs to do in a day so that an office runs smoothly. Also responsible for providing high level support to executives by managing their schedules, appointments and correspondence.
I was booking the flights & hotels, and also managing packages for holidays and for studies diploma for all the school students and teachers and even working as creative events planner for all the events that happened at the school.
