• Member of the Executive Leadership Team at The Oxford Partnership (TOP) which has four female Colleges - Arar, Sakaka and Al Quaryatt in the North and Madinah College which was acquired in July 2015
• Worked collaboratively with the Executive Leadership Team to establish the vision, strategic planning framework and operational plans to develop and fully implement the TOP project to 2019
• Chaired the Quality Board across four Colleges and created and implemented the quality assurance frameworks across the Colleges aligned with TOP’s core values, objectives and key performance indicators.

• Designed and implemented a Continuous Professional Development programme aimed at significantly enhancing teaching, learning and assessment methods in a bid for continuous improvement and to be outstanding
