Essential Duties:

Prepare a PowerPoint presentation and data for our monthly KPI reports, and prepare our weekly token comparison reports and any required reports that are requested by our directors.

Other Duties:
Attend our weekly meeting with our director.
Resolve all deposit and withdraw tickets.
Coordinate with our blockchain team for missed deposit issues and follow up with them on resolution.
Train all new or non-new employees on the internal process/procedure of how crypto withdrawals and deposits work.
Conduct weekly meetings with the customer service team, and brief them on new processes or announcements.
