The polymer test samples were prepared by mixing in a Lab two roll mill with varying amounts (0, 0.15 & 0.2g) of TMTM (Tetra methyl thiuram mono sulfide), accelerator booster and reduction of retarder (0.2 to 0.1g) CTP (N-cyclohexyl thio phthalimide), Prevulcanization inhibitor. The polymer test samples were tested for cure characteristic and Mooney viscosity by using Oscillating Disc Rheomter (ODR) and Mooney viscometer.
