Duties in nutshell :
• Conduct microbial analysis of all sunbulah
products including raw, semi and finished
products.
• Tracking environmental and water
microorganisms.
• Growing microbe cultures
• Identifying microbes by performing various tests
• Collecting samples from a variety of locations
• Analyzing, recording and interpreting data
according to ISO/GSO
• Maintaining all records up-to-date according to
ISO/GSO
• Supporting manager in ISO audits
• Observing high health and safety standards
• Monitoring personal hygiene of workers by
taking microbial swabs and samples
• Inspecting food manufacturing processes to
check for possible contamination
• Conduct personal hygiene trainings for workers
and labors in every 3 months
• Managing laboratory
• Planning and carrying out trials

Pathogen detection by using rt PCR:
• Salmonella
• Listeria monocytogenes

Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the site quality management. Supervising all regulatory compliance activities and helping to enforce quality assurance policies and best practice principals covering the safety, design, production and inspection.
Duties in nutshell :
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets.
Monitoring and auditing of finished products to ensure high standards of quality.
Making NCR and product disposition
Ensuring products comply with legislation and quality assurance codes.
Ensuring that all QA Tests are carried out on time and in full.
Delivering presentations to an audience of Manager Level within the business.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior managers on performance.
Identify training needs and recommendations to improve customer experience. Keeping quality documentation up to date.
Making sure that all QA records, data & information are available to managers.
