3G NPO Project Manager at NOKIA

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As 3G NPO PM I am leading a 3G rollout project in IRAQ for over 1100 NOKIA Sites from A to Z ( E2E) with 6 RNCs for ZAIN IRAQ . Managing a team of planners, Optimizers & over 12 DT Sub-contactors teams to get the project done on time from site creation till finishing the Pre-Launch Optimization and SSV/CDT accepted by the customer . The activities are but not limited to :
• Following with NI team the RNCs integration so we start the RNC acceptance test ( stationary test ) and deliver all required logs to the customer .

• Follow up with the NPO concerned Engineer the site creation in data base and work order ( WO) approval from the customer so NI team can start the installation & site integration .
• Following with NI team on the sites installation & Integration.
• Follow up with the core team the Cell ID creation to get the site ready for DT, then assign DT team to do the single site verification DT ( SSV DT).
• Check & Submit to logs & SSV report to the manage service team who represent the customer and follow up the acceptance of Unlocking the site .
• Following with the manage service team the final acceptance per site to ensure the revenue collection for the NOKIA through the PM .
• Fully responsible for the site acceptance from the customer to ensure revenue delivery to NOKIA .
• Follow up the cluster DT ( CDT) and agree on the CDT procedure with the customer and target DT KPT .
• Follow up with the DT team about the CDT progress and follow up the CDT report submission to the customer .
• Follow up with the customer the CDT feedback and comment till we close the cluster acceptance where we release NOKIA responsibility from the network .
• End to end - Prelaunch Optimization planning and trouble shooting to ensure soft and smooth commercial launch .
• Follow up any VIP customer complain before the acceptance since network still under NOKIA responsibility .
• Discuss any counter, feature activation with the customer to enhance the network performance and follow up the implementation and feedback .
