•Bench marking, maximizing equipment, breakdown analysis, studies for improvement, suggesting development in existing system.
•Overall maintenance incharge of electrical equipments including HT / LT / DC motors. Also maintenance incharge of PCC / MCC / HVSB panels.
•Assisting HOD (Electrical) in technical correspondence with consultants / OEMs.

•Erection & commissioning of 4 x 6 MW Wartsila DG sets including synchronizing with grid.
•Maintenance and overhauling equipments including overhauling of HT motors upto 4200 KW.
•Erection & commissioning of SPRS / V/F panels.
•Erection & commissioning of power transformers upto 28 / 32 MVA transformers.
•Erection & commissioning of DC drives.
Engineer (Elect.) :
•Section incharge of 132 KV switchyard and 6.6 KV HVSB panels.
•Maintenance of 6.6 KV SF6 breakers upto 3150 Amps.
•Lighting Incharge & preparation of contracts, file notes and billing of projects.
G.E.T. (Elect.) :
Erection of PCC / MCC panels including commissioning.
•Shift incharge (Electrical) for operation of plant activities.

o Electrical equipments HT/LT motors, MCC, and High voltage Panels
o 14KM long Cross country belt conveyor with Thyssen Krupp Germany
 Commissioning of transformer rating up to 80MVA.
 Working in Latest ABB, Siemens MV/LV switchgear.
 Monitoring protection relays REF & Siemens 7SJ with latest products.
 Serving as operation maintenance Engineer & improving Plant availability from electrical side. Looking after 3 plants from Lime
stone section to Clinkerisation section (25000TPD) of all plants independently.
 Looked after department in Manager capacity in last 2 years almost 8 months in absence of vacancy manager post
 Implemented Oracle system in Carrying Maintenance, operation activities of Plant
 Commissioned Plant in 2008 with 10000tpd capacity which is now delivering 11400tpd

o Variable speed drives up to 4100KW motors 6.6 KV
o Fire alarm system, latest switchgear, protection system
o On line Power monitoring System
o Ni cadmium batteries in Substations; latest Lifts for almost 13 buildings
