Responsible for design and construction and construction of reinstatement of 20 km Roads affected due to construction of metro line along with IBN Battuta and Dubai Investment Park.
Responsible for managing design team of roads and utilities and review design drawings and technical reports to suit technical and stake holder requirements and follow technical specification.
Obtaining Design and Construction NOC approvals from Engineer consultant (PMC), RTA, other stake holder like Nakheel and DIP.
Proposing Temporary Traffic management (TTM) of existing roads for construction of viaducts, station, permanent roads and utility works based on construction team requirement and obtaining traffic permit from RTA.
Coordination with site staff and solving and solving site problems by site visits.
Provide response to client’s comments and involving in design reviews and preparation of design basic reports.
Responsible for getting approvals of shop drawings from PMC and authorities.
Chairing meeting with subcontractors, designers, PMC and Authorieies for solving issues.

Performing activities involving planning, estimating and budgeting for smooth processing of projects.
Involving for getting NOC’S for respective works.
Anchoring on-site construction activities for ensuring completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization for maximizing the output
Coordinating with external agencies for techno-commercial negotiations, preparation of tender / contract documents, cost estimates, including billing, variation proposals
Tracking projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts and time overruns to ensure timely execution of projects
Steering project activities like conceptualization, execution, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management, manpower planning and liaising with consultants & clients
Managing &controlling purchase requisitions/orders; identifying, qualifying, selecting vendors of materials, equipment, systems and services

•Monitor progress of works, identify slippages & causes and recommend mitigation measures to superiors.
•Implement the project quality plan (PQP) and ensure adherence to specifications and standards in all executed jobs.
•Verify OGL, FGL, cross sections & L-sections and compute bill of quantities. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for submission to the Quantity Survey department.
•Verify and process contractors’ bills.
•Resolve technical & commercial issues in coordination with EPC contractors, IE and NHAI officials.
•Conduct inspections and tests of completed works based on RFIs raised by EPC contractors and assure completion of jobs on schedule
