 Overall control from the receipt of Isometric drawing, allocation to the concerned senior engineers material wise and workshop wise coupled with priorities, production monitoring, repair rate monitoring, Follow up for NDT, Heat treatment, Spool release for sandblasting & painting.

 Recruited the complete technical staff and junior staff for shutdown.

 Monitor Stores functions and ensure minimum inventory is maintained for tools, Materials and Consumables.
