This is a short term assignment for their Qatar Gas Shutdown project.
Major achievements:
Heading the Prefabrication of 190, 000 inch diameter of piping of CS, SS, DSS, CUNI, Alloy materials with different diameters and around 170 ton’s of pipe supports of various types.
Overall control from the receipt of Isometric drawing, allocation to the concerned senior engineers material wise and workshop wise coupled with priorities, production monitoring, repair rate monitoring, Follow up for NDT, Heat treatment, Spool release for sandblasting & painting.
Recruited the complete technical staff and junior staff for shutdown.
Ensure proper HSE & Housekeeping in place.
Monitor Stores functions and ensure minimum inventory is maintained for tools, Materials and Consumables.
Client coordination for priorities and drawing/ material release.
Cross departmental coordination of technical support and administrative.
This is a short term vacancy for their fast track short term projects with Petrofac International, Thermochemica, and Bono Artes.
Key Deliverables:
To take the complete lead of the pressure vessel equipment division in order to have a complete Management Plan, Production control & ensure proper man power allocation, effective utilization of machines, Review of Overtime, Administration of the workshop for day to day operations starting from Kick of meeting to finish of the project.
Responsible for recruitment activities to source technically competent personnel for the workshop operations and also training needs of the assigned existing manpower.

Key Deliverables:
Prepare the Fabrication Workshop execution plan for management review and approval to achieve project objectives on budget and timely basis.
Responsible for recruitment activities to source technically competent personnel for the workshop operations and also training needs of the assigned existing manpower.
Daily review, Productivity Improvement, Waste Reduction, Manufacturing cost reduction.
Monitor Safety program. Ensuring safe work practices, Housekeeping & Discipline.
Monitor Preventive Maintenance plan and ensure zero break down of Machines.
