Currently, I am working for a prestigious- Mumbai Coastal Road Project (Project cost 2100 INR Crores) -wherein I am involved in day-to day site supervision/ inspection of construction works that includes bridges, flyover, Viaduct, Precast PSC work, Vehicular Underpass, Pedestrian underpass, Box structure,
Marine Mono-pile (First time in India) both onshore and offshore Utility services - Carriage way ducts, storm water drain etc.
land reclamation of App 29 Hectare (Filling from -1.5 to + 8.0 MSL) around 6.5m height using suitable fill material. The functionality of this works is to provide a stable base /foundation of infrastructures works.
Construction of rubble mound seawall which is being built along the coastline for a span of 2.9 km using boulder of size varying from 1 kgs to 2-4 t armor stones with concrete
crown wall of 2.1 km to prevent over wave topping and Temporary jetty

Nature & Scope of Responsibility
1. Developed healthy relationship with clients, colleagues and seniors.
2. Completed Construction activities with proper safety and Quality
3. Control the wastage of steel by preparing BBS in such a way that cut pieces of reinforcement can be used.
4. Prepare the requirement of Manpower, Machineries and material.
5. Prepare the BBS for FLY/MNB/BOX structure.
6. Prepare the sub-contractor bill.
7. Co-ordination with Superiors for smooth construction.
8. Co-ordination with Client and Lab team for inspection.
9. Timely preparation of all supporting documents.
Project details:
1) Agra - Lucknow Expressway
Project Cost: - 1650 Cr (Indian Rupees)
As see work 10 km in-between including structure as Major Bridge, Minor Bridge, Pedestrian Underpass (PUP), VUP, PSC Girder, Box Culverts, and Hume Pipe Culverts.
Flyover Construction Above name of Sai River using Friction Pilling method.
Nature & Scope of Responsibility
1. To execute the construction activities of MJB (Flyover), MNB, VUP, PUP, BC, HPC (Ch 256+600 to Ch-266+750).
2. Preparation of sub-contractor bills, reconciliation of material.
3. Co-ordination with Client and Lab team for inspection.
4. Timely preparation of all supporting documents such as RFI, Testing Documents, Bill Copy.
5. Optimum utilization of resources for construction.
Achievements
1. Completed 125 Working pile, @ 261+550 Major Bridge.
2. Completed 05 no’s PUP including Wing Wall at Ch.256+811 to 260+770 in between. This are PUP completed within 6 months.
3. 1 VUP @ Ch. 257+946.
4. 1 MNB @ Ch. 259+496.
5. Completed 06 no’s of HPC within specified time.
6. Completed retaining wall, median/U wall of BC From Ch.258+034 & 261+117.
7. Above all completed structure completed within 12 months only.
8. One of the best Achievements as above all structure there have no any major Accident occurs on Site.

Responsible for verifying laboratory test Slump Test for construction materials.
Minor Bride Work, Retaining Wall, Road widening Work, DLC, PQC.
Client Handling, DPR (Daily Progress Report), Utility work.
Co ordinate with Contractor schedule work & Contractor Billing work.
