PROGRAM & PROJECT MANAGEMENT (Agile):
i. Drive the adoption of Agile methodology, Ownership, Culture of mutual care & respect in the team.
ii. Drive all ceremonies - Iteration / Sprint / Program Increment Planning, Daily Stand-up (Status updates)/ Scrum, Product backlog refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Showcase meetings.
iii. Leading & driving ART (Agile Release Train) with multiple stakeholders with Scope definition, Sprint / Iteration backlog, Product Backlog, Solution Backlog, Sequencing, Program Increment planning, Definition Of Done (DOD) and Milestones.
iv. Protecting the Scrum team from interruptions and remove any impediments; Guide & mentor Scrum / Squad team. Build trust environment & conduct brain storming for problem solving or for new ideas.
v. Work on SAFe framework with other scrum teams, Scrum of Scrums to coordinate dependencies across various other scrum teams in Agile Release train, work with Release Train Engineer, System Architects for Infrastructure requirements and to support integration testing & for BCP DR tests.

i. Overseeing audit related activities, ensuring its action items are captured, and CAPA closed on time; Identification & establishing of critical support processes & metrics, & ensuring those are in control.
ii. Governance on quality, performance, processes, methodology, compliance, crisis management & timelines.
iii. Ensure consistent implementation of common PMO standards, reporting & closure process across programs.
iv. Ensures that the projects managed by the team achieves the project objectives - timeline, meet or exceeds the performance stated in the business case. Sensitize the team about the requirement & solution.
v. Review and analyze Client programs, Projects and work with Customer to develop technology strategies to address their current and future business needs.
vi. Support for the governance & management of IT financial planning & forecasting.
vii. Monitor financial results i.e. expected performance against established goals & actual outcomes, including procurement & vendor spend, Contractual costs of 3rd party resources, over-heads etc.

xii. Working along with RFS, Solutioning, Commercial, Resourcing, PMO teams & Client at various levels for various Programmes and Projects.
xiii. Proactively work with client to identify their business objectives, priorities and directions, critical success factors and applies this knowledge to establish and implement an Account Strategy.
xiv. Ensures that the projects - Fixed and T&M managed by the team achieves the project objectives.
