Supporting the Project Management Team in the effective administration of the

General Contract Administration: Interpretation of Contract & identification of
rights, obligations and responsibilities, drafting correspondence, confirming
obligations, ambiguities, and extra item payments/ claims etc.
Analyzing the key terms & conditions to highlight areas ambiguities, omissions

Coordinate with the project site and raise all important issues and most
particularly such issue having impact on time and cost of project.
Preparation of case for Extension of time and compensation for delays, delay
analysis
Coordinating with site management team to maintain delay event & change order
register.
Monitoring the work status of sub-contractor as per contract.
Ensure that subcontractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner
specifications and government regulations.
Ensuring that all subcontract payment applications / invoices are properly
submitted along with sufficient back-up documents
