Site Work inspection, progress monitoring for civil and architectural works.
Executing and maintaining the quality of works in accordance with the approved specifications, drawings, method statements and material submittals.
Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and all attached documents are current status.
Ensure that the materials delivered and selected are in line with approved Sample Boards, Tags and Specifications.
Reviewing of daily activity reports from the contractor, & ensure the safety is adhered to at site.
To review the submitted method statements by contractor.
To check and approve the quality of the material, quality assurance and application procedure as per method statements.
Participate in partial and final handover activities.
To report issue field instruction / NCR, time to time as per site condition.
Co-ordination with Structural, Architectural, MEP & Other services drawing.
Other works as assigned by the Project Head.
Executing the works as per the approved Drawings.
Conducting Material inspection upon delivery in line with Contract requirement and obtain consultant approvals.
Conducting Site Inspection upon structural and architectural works in line with approved drawings and further obtains approval from consultant by raising Inspection Request (IR).
Carrying out Quantitative survey on required material such as Steel, Concrete and Blocks etc.
Follow-up with the suppliers for procurement of materials in timely manner & prioritize as per site requirements.
Coordinate with different department within the organization such as Design & Procurements.
Coordinate with sub-contractors in different entities involved in the Construction such as MEP Contractor, Swimming Pool Contractor and overseeing their daily.
Coordination in verification of subcontractor’s invoices.
Reporting the site requirements & issues to the Senior Engineer/Project Manager.
Managing day-to day activities, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
Overseeing safety matters on site and inform the HSE department for any HSE issues.
Managing Parts of Construction Projects.
Overseeing Building Work.
Setting out Sites.
Checking Technical Designs and Drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales.
Liaising with Clients, Subcontractors and Other Professional Staff, especially Quantity Surveyors and the overall Project Manager.
Preparing Site Reports and Filling in other paperwork.
Liaising with Quantity Surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials.
Ensuring that Health and Safety and Sustainability Policies and Legislation are adhered to.
Assisting engineering work to the internal team.
Preparing progress report.
Ordering the material & follow up with the suppliers.
Conducting inspection on all works.
Managing day-to day activities, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
Project: Assessment of ground water quality in industrial area.
