- Making improvements and recommendations in handling final products, to
protect their authenticity.
- Support businesses ranging from Polyethylene to Isocyanates and
Hydrocarbons as a Quality Systems Specialist.
- Project Management.
- Involvement in building the Quality culture in Sadara by delivering training
on procedural work, and via Public Affairs publications.
- Setting up the Quality Management System in ECC SAP-QM for a wide
variety of products and raw materials, and designing inspection plans
according to the manufacturing and receiving units.
- Participated in designing and testing the effectiveness of the Quality
Management System before and during plants' startups (20 plants); and
solving problems.
- Writing and reviewing Quality Operating Discipline procedures.
- Successfully led and delivered multiple enhancement projects in the Quality
Management System that made it more automated and efficient, essentially
reducing man-hours and cost.
- Exposure to ISO9001:2015 and involvement in implementations and audits.
- Interaction with Planning, Scheduling, Customer Service and Logistics within
the company.
- Daily monitor of Inspection lots in SAP, and troubleshooting.
- Supporting plants' investigations and routine analysis.
- Quality Control for Analytical Instruments such as; XRF, GC, KF Titration. - ISO17025
- Analysis and calibrations of lab instruments.
