Key Deliverables
 Developing and maintaining detailed product schedules, critical path analysis & preparation of recovery action plan.
 Forecasting the impact of progress of works on contractual milestones.
 Ensuring Resource Availability and Allocation
 Preparation of PMS, Review & certification of sub-contractor progress, claims.
 Coordination and regulating various meetings such as project progress review meetings, daily site coordination meetings.
 Authoring weekly and monthly progress reports and curves.
 Preparing daily, weekly work plans in line with schedule & site coordination meetings.
 Providing timely reports and feedback to management for tasks trending away from plan.
