In charge of M2M/IOT and Fleet management as follows:
• Proposition strategy: Develop product and proposition strategy based on evolving market landscape and customer insights.
• Business analysis: Structuring and leading the necessary analysis including sales volume, market share, price, on shelf promotions, revenues, gross adds, churn, net adds and market performance.
• Go to Market: Own GTM plans and briefs for product and proposition changes and how they are delivered across direct and indirect sales channels.
• In charge of revenue growth, market & value share and all necessary marketing action plans to drive acquisition, loyalty & retention, base management and customers satisfaction for Large, SME&SOHO segments.
• Accountable for introducing new pricing and proposition structures to penetrate different segments and to ensure responsiveness of external environment and market needs through creating business cases for new initiatives & propositions by assuring profitability.
• Ensure business case objectives are achieved. (Sales growth, Margins and ARPU).
• Responsible for identifying existing and potential opportunities for growth and revenue generation across direct and indirect sales channels.
• Partnership agreements: Develop & manage partnerships agreements with M2M/IoT vendors & suppliers.
• Ensure alignment and supervising on Sales teams, regarding execution and reports on marketing initiatives designed to drive profitable growth and revenue.
• Creating new business opportunities, maximize ROI of existing products & services, and generate new revenue streams.
• Managing the M2M solution sales team at 22 authorized agents across regions (Indirect Sales channel) as follows:
1. Responsible for the solution sales team trainings to ensure forecasted targets/KPIs achievement.
2. Manage the solution sales team’s objectives & KPIs along with the sales managers.

1. M2M SIM management tool platform - 2021:
 Provide a SIM management tool through availing a platform for all Orange M2M existing and new base to manage their M2M SIMs.
2. Mwasalat Misr Project- 2019:
 Availing Orange Wi-Fi service at all Mwasalat Misr busses/routes through a customized Wi-Fi portal and premium speed.
3. Super Jet - 2019:
 Availing Orange Wi-Fi service at all Super Jet buses/routes through a customized Wi-Fi portal.

COVID-19 Projects 2020:
1. Introducing the thermal cameras over IOT connectivity to help different organizations to get back safely to work

• Concluded SOWT, TOWS & GAP analysis and proposing a new pricing for Triple Play packages in residential & seasonal compounds.
• Build and share a deep understanding of the market segment- customer needs, key drivers & figures- leveraging (in particular) market feedback received from the sales, customer service, and market research teams.
