•Monitor & control operational activities at the farm to optimize daily productivity & achieve production targets in line with the business plan
•Establish, develop & implement an Integrated Management System, ISO, HACCP
•Develop & maintain contacts with external sources to ensure the best possible information is gained through research into disease, risk manage- ment & best practices in poultry management to enhance staff knowledge & improve operations in line with the business plan
•Coordinate & oversee the contract tender process for sales of end of life chickens & fertilizer at the best possible price to ensure guaranteed sales & achieve an additional revenue stream for Poultry Farm.
