- Where the factory was poor data so activated Iso documents to able to collect data and measure efficiency of machines and production,
- monitored and inspected work in progress to identify optimum productivity for each process,
- monitored and inspected maintenance departement activities to define the actual needs,
- Analyzed monthly data in meetings with production and maintenance team,
- Prepare and maintain production and maintenance reports and personnel records,
- Support the Business Teams by meeting (as required) to clear the situation of machines and production efficiency.

- Scanning the factory and analyzing the collected data to define the actual needs,
- Set up maintenance action plan for machines and ensure work is carried out to set plan,
- Collecting data to calculate the efficiency of machines and the economical impact and to develop the action plan,
- Following up the progress monthly and holding meetings to solve any problems,
- Establish priorities for repairing depends on criticality of machine.

- Established a data base for every plant to help them view and calculate all the engineering data,
- Supported the factory with training of the stuff to utilize problem solving techniques,
- Assisted the maintenance stuff to realize the importance, the economical impact of proactive maintenance, resource management and time management.
- Increased the life time of the spare parts so decreased the value of the spare parts stock.
- Reduced the sudden breakdowns of 6 hrs per day for 8 machine to 1 hr per day means a lot of saving.
