- Leading a team that Responsible for maintenance of all Electrical Machines, facilities, transformers station, generator station and instruments in the plant.
-Using lean tools such as 5S, KAIZEN and TPM to improve the machines and manpower efficiency and to keep the continual improvement of organization toward cost saving and client satisfaction.
- Participate in the studies, analysis, design amendment & planning for plant modification or new equipment. Review requirements & provide specialist/expert advice & liaison throughout installations implementation.

Arrange for long term & short term maintenance plans for the generating units, Transformers & HV motor and coordinate major overhauls and shutdowns of the assigned equipment.

ensure production equipment operate efficiently.

maintenance inspections and maintains records of
production equipment; conducts safety compliance
inspections and maintains records of production
equipment.
- Analyzes equipment failures, determines cause(s) and
makes necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Seek new technologies and automation opportunities in
lowering the overall cost of the maintenance.
