5- Preparing and checking all employees’ leaves and sick leaves dues.
6- Controlling cash miscellaneous expenses for HR department.
7- Typing all correspondences relating to administrating.
8- Arranging to pay the monthly payment of Gosi, Ministry of health and training.
9- Supervision of office maintenance.
