Currently Working in QHSE field as an Sr. HSE Manager at KAHRAMAA New Tower-LUSAIL City Development Projects & Qatar University Student Housing(Residential-Complex)Projects in QATAR.
I have worked with Clients/Prestigious Projects in Gulf countries such as Oman Gas Company (OGC), Petroleum Development Oman(PDO), Road Transport Authority(RTA) Dubai, FEDERAL ELECTRICITY & WATER AUTHORITY(FEWA) UAE and having experience on Integrated Management System (IMS) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) requirements.
Duties and responsibilities as a Sr. HSE Manager includes Management & Strategic HSE Planning, Develop HSE Management System, Implement organizational mission, Advise, Guide, Monitor and Ensure Contractors and Sub-Contractors comply with Health Safety Environment standards and procedures as per client HSE, local statutory requirement and HSE Standards. And Projects are delivered safely on schedule.

5B+G+M+19+High rise Tower building, Doha QATAR.
Client/Project : Falcon Tower \[4B+M+S+28\] High rise Tower building, Doha QATAR.
Client/Project : Qatar University Students Housing Project is Residential Complex (Green Building), Include Construction of permanent living quarters for students & staff, recreational areas, water pipeline, sewerage, drainage & irrigation systems, Facilities Management, Micro tunneling, Electro-Mechanical works, Installation/commissioning of Chillers, Heat Exchangers & Pipeline Network, Construction of the four 11 kV Substations, Building Management system, 2500/1600 KVA Transformers, Switchgears, MV Panel, 3.3 KV Chiller Panel, Control/Relay panels, Capacitor Banks, Fire protection system & Testing/Commissioning, Cable Laying, Solar Lightings, hard & soft landscaping, Earthworks, Asphalt Road Network in Approximately 206, 954m2 (51.14 acres) of land.
Responsibilities:
Management and Implementation of Company HSE Plan, HSE Policy, HSE management system requirement, organizational mission and Projects are delivered safely on schedule.
Ensure Construction Waste Management Plan (CWMP), Construction Activity Pollution Prevention. Erosion Sedimentation Control Plan (ESCP), Indoor Air Quality Control Plan (IACP), and Utilize green building practices and strategies to increase building and site performance and efficiency.
Manage, Ensure and practice efficient waste management and to use all reasonable means to divert construction and demolition waste from landfills and incinerators by facilitating recycling and reuse programs were possible and to meet or exceed the anticipated LEED.
Ensure that the generation of solid waste will be held to the minimum amount possible and follow all required LEED New Construction standards.
Ensure Construction Activity Pollution Prevention Practices, Dust Pollution Prevention, Indoor Air Quality, Erosion and Sedimentation Control measures to assure a healthy work environment during construction and assure a healthy work environment for eventual building occupants.
Prepare and get Client approval for HSE Plan, HSE procedure and Hazard/Risk assessment for all Construction activities including High potential risk and High Voltage activities.
Compliance of HSE legislation, and Monitor the effectiveness of HSE Management System, HSE performance, HSE targets in reducing HSE risks including construction safety, threats to the environment, local community/employees and follow up for further improvement.
Prepare and monitor HSE resource allocation, Emergency Preparedness/Response, Permit to work system, HSE Training requirements, HSE statistics & records according to the Company requirement.
Liaise with Client and Contractors for the improvement of HSE Management, Give guidance and render advice to EPC Management, HSE advisor and staff on the matters pertaining to HSE.
Review and Monitor HSE Management plan, HSE Induction/Training Matrix, HSE Inspection and HSE Audits, Emergency Drill, PPE requirements, monthly HSE inspections prepared and implemented at Construction Site, according to the company’s HSE requirements.
Monitor the IMS (ISO 14001, 8001) standards are met as per Company’s HSE requirement. Ensure commitment to Environment protection.
Conduct HSE audits/inspections on Construction Safety management, Monitor Hygiene, housekeeping and Waste Management as per Company HSE plan schedule and bring non-conformances into the notice of Company and follow up with the Contractors.
Conduct Incident/Accident investigation with HSE management team; reporting and communicating the learning points to the contractor HSE staff and monitor immediate action and follow-up actions.
Client : FEDERAL ELECTRICITY & WATER AUTHORITY (FEWA); Dubai, UAE
Project : Construction of the 4X132/33/11 kV Substations, SCADA Control Building works, Installation of GIS, Switchgears, 35/50 MVA Transformers, Control/Relay panels, Capacitor Banks, Fire protection system & Testing/Commissioning. The project includes Piling/shoring works, Deep Dewatering, construction of Main Substation Building, Asphalt Road, OH transmission lines termination to the substations. Extension/Modification of some of the existing 132/33/11kV substations at Ajman Power Station, Ajman Water Station, RAK Main station & Power Plant.
Project : Business Bay Development (R881/2A), The contract scope of work includes the construction of several grade separated structures (bridges and underpasses), Bridge over the creek, the construction of Roads consist of three to four lanes in each direction with service road, secondary arterials, includes grade separated junctions and several signalized junctions Both road corridors have been fitted into the right of way as allocated in Dubai Municipality planning system. roadway signage and pavement marking, street lighting, landscaping, irrigation ducts, storm drainage, diversion and/ or protection of services such as Electricity (DEWA-ED), Water (DEWA-WD), Telecommunication (Etisalat), sewerage, storm drainage, irrigation systems, Piling and shoring works, Deep Dewatering, , The project also includes the improvements and upgrading of the junction Al Khail-Muscat Road.
Tower Project: Santeville Tower Project residential tower located at the heart of Business Bay overlooking the creek; Silver Star Tower Project Marina Dubai; Lotus Plaza Al Quoz Dubai; Silver Star.

Project : Project Management Consultant Service to Oman Gas Company: Scope of Work covers the complete Engineering, HAZOP/IPF, Design review studies, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Procurement, Construction, and Testing, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Handing over and Guarantee run of Two Turbine driven Compressor \[Gas Booster\] Stations at Fahud/Burami; Sohar Gas Connection Facilities/Pressure Reduction Terminal(PRT), Sohar PRT Expansion, Fiscal Metering Station and loop line to supply Gas at Sohar industrial Port to various consumers namely Sohar Refinery; Sohar Power Plant; Oman Methanol; Sohar Fertilizer; PVAXX, Sohar Aluminium Power Plant, Aromatics Oman, Shadeed Iron and Steel, Sohar Sharq Steel Rolling Mills, Sohar Aluminium Port Loading Bay, Muscat and Interior areas.
The project Scope of Work also includes construction of loop line 40 Kms Murayrat to Barka 24 inch pipeline, Hydro testing (off-plot and on-plot), Painting/Coating, 33 KV Substation Building, Control building works including all trenching, rock blasting, , piling, equipment foundations, Approach roads etc. SCADA & Telecom System, , 33 KV power supply tap off, Power Overhead lines to station and transformers, Control Room equipment/instruments, Instrumentation works, Electrical Tie-ins and SCADA/Telecom Tie-in, HVAC & small power requirements, Fire and Gas Protection requirement.
Client : Oman Gas Company/ Petroleum Development Oman
Project : Oman Gas Company’s Sohar PRT (Pressure Reduction Terminal) The scope of work covers the complete EPC, Testing, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Guarantee run and Handing over of PRT, together with all associated main equipments, control systems, control building, outgoing pipeline to consumers, Metering Stations, tie-in to Gas Pipe line, . Re-Route of 32 inches Gas pipeline including FOC. PRT is associated facilities including complete electrical systems, Control Room, Switchgear room and Battery room, Process Piping Tie-in, Electrical Tie-ins and SCADA/Telecom Tie-in, HVAC, Fire and Gas Protection requirement outgoing pipelines to consumers Fiscal Metering Stations at consumer location.
Project: Sohar Aluminium/Bechtel Gas Pressure Reduction Terminal (GPRT) project, the scope of work, pipeline works and a tie-in from 32 inch Fahud-Sohar Gas pipe line. Installation, Testing, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Guarantee run and Handing over of GPRT for the supply of gas to the Aluminium Smelter.
Client : Petroleum Development Oman
Project : Maintenance of Oil Flow-line/Pipeline and Beam Pumps, Oil spillage cleaning, Civil Works (Road/Building) for Petroleum Development Oman (PDO).
Project : Manufacturing and Installation of Special Purpose Machines such as Silent Block and Toggle Press, Shape optimization of Automobile Control Arm for Escorts / Wheel Front and Rear Hub Bearing Press / Engine Transfer Conveyor / Tow Point Oil Filling Unit / Crank Case Bearing Press / Crank Shaft Bearing Press / Rocker Arm Stacking / Oil Seal Pressing Machine
Project : Manufacture of Suspension products/laminated spring such as Leaf spring, U-clamps, Clips, center bolts which are used for automobiles suspension system and locomotive/Train.
