Inventory Control And Procurement Supervisor
 Directly responsible for the preparation and placing of Sea Order on a regular basis (Monthly) to suppliers.
 Analysis of Computer generated suggested order, lost sales report to be submitted to Parts Manager for finalization and approval.
 Issuing Air Order for emergency Cases where the urgent condition is required.
 Preparation of initial orders for newly released car models.
 Preparation of prices for the newly imported parts.
 Issuing purchase order to local suppliers for the local parts.
 Recommendation of orders for Local Purchase in coordination with the operation supervisor for local sourcing and canvassing of prices.
 Periodical review the inventory position of all Branches to evaluate stock efficiency.
 Update parts interchangeability, supersession in the Master file, Cardexing newly introduced parts.
 Directly involve in physical comparison of suspected interchangeable parts with no official modification advice from SMC Japan.
 Reviewing and alerting parts with abnormal demand.
 Directly supervise the data entries & procedures during inventory periods to all branches.
 Ensuring goods are binned / GRNed on time by WH and any variances handled on time.
 Claiming variances within the tolerance levels to suppliers.

 Generate reports of dead stock or slow moving.
 Generate the daily, weekly and monthly reports to reflect the status of work of subordinates and give recommendations.
 Evaluate subordinates and write report.
 Regularly checking and receiving invoice / sales confirmation data and reviewing.
 Lowered inventory costs by keeping system up to date for sales team review. Maintaining and controlling the balance of stock by avoiding over stocking or redundant ordering.
