Key Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for establishing and leading Finance Shared Services (FSS) function for the ABA group as one of key strategic priorities.
2) Directly support group’s long term objective of productivity, efficiency, cost effectiveness through transformation of AR, AP and other transactional activities of ABA finance departments to Shared services
3) Managing the operational and financial aspects of FSS.
4) Establish a strong working relationship with Sales, Invoice Processing team, Delivery Management Team, Documents management System, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing and IT team.
5) Responsible to maintain the Debtors Days within the budget and minimize the exposure of Bad Debts & write offs.
6) Directly work with Group Legal department to handle the critical disputes and issues with customers.
7) Key member of the decision making team with regards to expansion of the shared services and other strategic decisions.
8) Cultivate relationship with the local & international business partners and constantly performing beyond expectations for cementing stronger bonds
9) Managing the outsourcing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and drive the SLA based performance.
10) Effectuating performance management, managing appraisal process across the levels linked to reward management and career growth


Significant Accomplishments:
1) Spearheaded the successful implementation of Shared Services Model in ABA group.
2) Developed SLA based “Noiseless Service Delivery Management”.
3) Formulated the Strategic Road map of FSS for ABA Group.
4) Developed SOP for AR & AP.
5) Developed Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for Shared Service function.
6) Enhanced the customer satisfaction level to 87% within 2 years of implementation of AR Shared Services
7) Successfully implemented the “Go Green” project in AR and achieved ABA Finance Award.
8) Within 3 years of ARSS, reduced the Accumulated Bad Debts provision in the FMCG group by nearly 45%, Debtor Days came down from 48 days to 33 days.
9) Led a cross functional team to implement the “Automated Customer Rebate and Contract Module”
10) Improved productivity of AR team by 11% by reducing reconciliation lead time, automation and process simplification.
11) Led a project of invoice tracking and document management system (File Trail) in ABA.
12) Managed and successfully stabilized 13 nos. of AR and AP process migration of different industry like FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, Fashion and Luxury
13) Streamlined the process of raising the Debit notes to international Principals on various trade marketing activities.
14) Introduced Staff Incentive program in FSS.
Driven a massive program to update nearly 5000 suppliers’ (local and overseas) Bank Accounts in system to enhance the security in payment process.
