Talent Acquisition Manager, since November 2015 in a leading mega recruitment company with a large mobilized workforce of over 11, 000 personnel in sectors as diverse as contracting, construction, hospitality and hospitals.

1. Manage and Lead a team of 8 recruiters in the Talent Acquisition Department.

2. Managing the available employment visas and facility management visas and forecasting the visas that will be required in time frames with quantity, nationality and professions taking into consideration the delays that occur in the visa allotment process, nationality percentage, and Ministry processes : Eg Taqat. Nitaqat.

3. Planning to efficiently use the existing visas for clients to maximise revenue generation.

4. Managing client expectations through defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).

5. Managing all manpower requests through a formal Manpower requisition request which covers the profession, nationality, quantity of personnel, and other relevant information like salary offered and other allowances.

6. Handling 40+ clients requirement for their entire staffing needs including technical sourcing client needs range from Management, Engineering, supervisory skilled as well as unskilled labours.

7. Agency selection of agencies who can fulfil conditions of Reputation, sourcing, deployment times after signing a Recruitment services agreement which details scope of work, legal conditions and payment to the agency

8. Actively sourcing personnel from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Philippines, Indonesia, Jordan, Egypt, and selected African countries.

9. Managing and updating the legal compliance needed for sourcing from manpower exporting countries.

10. Taking active part in Business Development activities supporting business development officers to secure new and profitable clients with high sourcing requirements

11. Actively converted clients from the Contracting, Hospitality and Hospital sectors.

12. Preparing management reports to inform the progress of the multiple recruitment projects underway and estimated time of completion.

13. Dealing and handling all queries with regards to Embassies of various countries for sourcing as well as in cases of employee death to secure insurance and GOSI benefits where applicable.

14. Actively involved in drafting and development of Job description.

15. Tracking progress of all recruitment projects underway using recruitment trackers.

16. Managing the Talent Acquisition Department using benchmarking Recruitment Key performance indicators (KPI’s)

17. Actively using Taleo applicant tracking system to post requisitions as well as having approver privilege’s.

18. Ensuring a talent pipeline by understanding market requirements to fulfil peak manpower requirements at relatively short periods of time.
