Responsibilities:
• Developing and summarizing the business financial position in areas of income, expenses, capital usage and cash flows, and coordinate the preparation of strategic plans, budgets and financial forecast.
• Coordination of all accounting functions for family and their investment entities
• Manages all personal tax issues and returns of the family members.
• Preparing portfolio position every fortnight and reporting to the Directors.
• Coordinate with investment bankers, auditors and ensure proper compliance with all statutory regulations & company policies & procedures.
• Perform daily accounting transactions such as creating & posting vouchers.
• Coordinating accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger entries and maintenance
• Managing the operational, financial, and reporting aspects in the office.
• Responsible for month-end and year-end close of financial statements, account reconciliations,
general ledger analysis, and annual audits, where applicable
• Overseeing payroll for employees.
• Developing, enforcing, and evaluating firm accounting policies and procedures in conjunction with the family needs.
