Managing Facilities, Security, Environment, Health and Safety in all Medtronic offices in Saudi Arabia

• Make sure the FM Team has the required tools and equipment, including PPE. • Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients. • Develops project plan for major projects and oversee the contract budget. • Take overall responsibility for customer satisfaction • Provide technical and professional advice to a number of clients to improve processes and the delivery of services. • Translate client requirements into a technical specification to be follow by FM teams • Incorporates approved changes into work statements, cost and schedule baselines. • Ensure that all services carried out by FM Teams are in compliance with relevant requirements and to a standard aligned with customer expectations.

• Responsible for Technical Team (one engineer and 10 technicians)
• Responsible for cleaning teams (two Supervisors and 60 Janitors)
• Provide technical and maintenance support to all departments (Store, Head office, and staff accommodations)
• Manage all tenders of contractors working in the store such as: inside store cleaning, facade cleaning, construction, rebuilt activities, pest control and waste management.
• Maintain all store buildings and equipment including BMS, Power, lights, HVAC, restaurant equipment, showroom, warehouse, water pumps and firefighting system.
• Part of Duty Managers, every week acting as duty manager leading the store operation.

Facility Management for Khobar Lakes Project
• Responsible for Facility Management Team (two Supervisors more than 40 Janitors)
• Responsible for all completed and handed over villas (240 villas) in village1 project
• Representing Emaar in daily meetings with Project Team and Consultant for remaining 8 villages under construction (Total 9 Villages with more than 2400 villas)
• Maintenance of RO Plant, Lakes, and all infrastructures handed over from project.
• Follow up and close all customer maintenance requests issued in Oracle system

• Business plan development for expansion project (above $ 250 Million)
• Responsible for Facility Management and all Industrial Relations in the plants.
• Create and administrate all frame agreements related to Facility Management including HVAC, Fire Fighting System,
• Manage third party contractors for all Facility Management activities
• Responsible for all Customer Relations (Saudi Aramco) including Portal Registration, requesting ID and Vehicle Stickers and all administration relations.
• Support Sales by follow up with client for new Frame Agreement, PO & CO.
• Support Engineering team during all expansion projects in the facilities.

• Responsible for Maintenance Department (10 mechanical and electrical technicians)
• Support Engineering team during installation and commissioning of all machines in the plant, Fire Alarm and Fighting System and Air Compressors.
• Support Automation team during programming, testing and commissioning of Siemens STEP-7 Automation and Monitoring System in the plant.
• Plan and coordinate schedule of preventive maintenance for all machines.
• Report and analyze any failures or breakdown in the machines.

• Responsible for Engineering Department
• Supervise draft team to design all Remote Terminal Unit Drawings
• Organize Pre-commissioning tests for all equipment and instruments in the project.
• Attend any job explanation meetings with clients for upcoming projects.
• Attend all site visits: Refineries, Gas Plants, Bulk Plants, Pipelines and Pump stations.
