•Prepare and Review the Design Basis Memorandum
•Prepare and Review the various Material Submittals, Method Statements, System modification scope of work & Procedures
•Reviewing the comments from Client and preparing the comments resolution
•Distribute the comments for Designers for back drafting
•Co-ordinating with Piping/ Mechanical and Electrical for various inputs to prepare the IC&A drawings
•Technical Bid Evaluation and Vendor Drawing Review of Field Instruments
•Technical Bid Evaluation and Vendor Drawing Review of Packages
•Technical Bid Evaluation and Vendor Drawing Review of Systems
•Procurement Assistance to Client
•Involved in Project Proposal & Evaluation with Proposal Team

•Detail Engineering for Offshore Brownfield & Greenfield
•Prepare the Project schedule, Project Cost for the Instruments scope of work
•Attending kick-off meetings and project review meetings
•Attending HAZOP meetings
•Supervising and monitoring the Instrument team members
•Handling manpower (vs) work load and reporting to Project Manager
•Review the Basis of Design (from the Client) with team and finalise the feasibility of the Design proceedings.
•Reviewing and Approval of Engineering drawings and documents as listed below
