• Oversee all aspects of construction within the offshore gas pipeline projects.
• Ensure all relevant resources are applied to meet project needs within the core groups.
• Provide constructability input into all project design work.
• Support and promote cost reduction and other project construction deliverables.
• Prepared Survey reports checklist , constructability review report and constructability check list
• Coordinate and supervise the application of the communications procedure and other project procedures.
• Supports the Project Manager during the handover of the project to the O&M contractor.

Key Result Areas:
 Survey this type of new building according to ABS rules and statutory requirement as SOLAS, Load line, and MARPOL etc.
 Review, witness and approve the WPS and repair procedure (including mechanical tests, NDT) which was applied on this construction according with TOTAL specification, AWS D1.1., ASME IX, ASME B 31.1 and ABS rules.
 review the construction DWG, NDT plans, tank test plans, visual inspection for welding, block assembly, pre-erection and erection inspection according with construction drawings
 Witness and issue the certificate for welder’s qualification (visual inspection, mechanical test and NDT review). Control the WPS applied in production, conform the all welders use in production are qualified, material traceability, identification of welding consumable used according with WPS, review the NDT report, witness to NDT (UT, MPI, PT).
 Survey the topside module for structure and piping installation, inspection for PFP, hydro-test and installation of piping
 Prepared Survey reports and closely working with AC Generator Diesel Engine, Main Engine and Auxiliary System
 Assessed work measurement which was the amount of the work required for a project
 Compiled daily activity report and monthly progress report
 Coordinate with Piping Supervisors / sub-contractors / workers for the equipment and materials.
 Issue materials according to requirements and Company’s procedures.
 Keep proper records of inventory list at all times.
 REQUIREMENTS
 Hands on experience in FPSO Topside module and process piping installation work.
 Piping field weld and shop weld
 Piping isometric, piping installation sequence, hydro test/flushing method, piping reinstatement process, piping preservation, piping welding WPS, PQR, etc.
 Piping manpower loading, piping KPI monitoring process
 working knowledge of Insulation hot and cold works
 Reviewed engineering drawings, layouts, diagrams, technical specifications and cost estimates of the organization

Responsibility and nature of work: Piping fabrication & installation
❖ General surveillance on carbon and stainless steel pipe fabrications, installation, dimensional and orientation checks, transfer verification of heat numbers on pipe sections before cutting. Logged heat numbers of fittings and piping on shop fabrication drawing for shop or on board before welding. Inspections of welds and signing off QA and owner representative.

Commissioning
.❖ Coordinate with the vendors on Installation & Inspection of Derrick Mounted vertical Pipe Handling equipment's during the Derrick assembly and targeting to complete before the complete installation of the Derrick.
❖ Coordinating with Vendors for on Time delivery of Drilling Equipment's.
❖ Liaise with Engineering Team on the design issues during the Installation of Pipe lines and equipment on the drill floor and other drilling systems.
❖ Ensure the piping and mechanical completion and commissioning of Mud Supercharging Pumps, Mud Pumps, Stand Pipe Manifold, C&K Manifold, Cement Manifold, Derrick Stand pipe & goose necks with tech drill
❖ Coordination & conduction of Mechanical completion activities of Draw works, Draw works Braking system such as Disk Brake system
❖ The time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
❖ Commissioning and running of various equipment's as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of plant & utilities & Oil Rigs
❖ Supervising of 2 lakhs dia inch spool fabrication and installation scope of work

Responsibility and nature of work: ❖ MIR inspection on material and equipment's comes to the site as per owner's spec. and standards verification of material as per mill and test certificate.
❖ To do M.V.R on material to make sure the material tally with the mill certificate and also to check dimension as per approved drawing before cutting.
❖ Ensure equipment foundation as per equipment's base plate dimension
❖ To conduct W.Q.T as per code and standard (AWS D1.1) Fit-up inspection prior to welding leveling and dimensional inspection before and after welding.
❖ Supervising of welders/welding operators and fitters in pipe installation, equipment support installation and equipment foundations modifications
❖ To prepare request for non-destructive testing to mark out weldment repair location after receiving NDT report and Final documentations. Load out and tie down inspection

Responsibility and nature of work: ❖ Carry out site survey to verify the existing conditions.
❖ Verify availability and adequacy of all required utilities and services.
❖ Retrieve and verify accuracy of all relevant existing drawings and documents to the work.
❖ Generate site survey report.
❖ Responsible for piping fabrication, installation and testing.
❖ Carry out the pre-fabrication of piping spools at workshop in order to minimize hot work at site as per the approved drawings.
❖ Provide tags with spools numbers for all the fabricated piping spools for easy identification while erection.
❖ Fabrication of all pipe spools shall conform to the requirements of Qatar gas standards & specifications.
❖ Responsible for proper identification of correct material during fabrication item no will be provided as per drawings.
❖ Mobilize the indirect and direct manpower and tools and tackles required.
❖ Ensure availability all the piping fittings, gaskets stud bolts & nuts.
❖ Carry out the torqueing for the entire tie in as per approved procedure.

Responsibility and nature of work: ❖ Job stepping, estimating and planning sequence of rotating equipment's, connection piping and commissioning
❖ Coordinating NDT, insulation, scaffolding and painting requirements with subcontract supervision.
❖ Ensuring "As Built" drawings, Weld Maps and engineering changes are documented / recorded.
❖ Attending weekly production meetings with the client and subcontractors.
❖ Employed as part of the core team to carry out furnace retubes, stat outages, services and emergent work.
❖ Removing / replacing pipe work and equipment to allow furnace tube elements to be renewed.
