Japanese semiconductor and medical equipment manufacturing company
and thus managing a team of around 30 people

project schedule, creation of project management plan and work break down structure, defining project charter and project backlogs, and planning of risks and contingencies.
• Administration of all projects under the program including compliance for quality, internal auditing and risk assessment as per internal global framework
• Ownership of project financials for all 10 projects under the program across 2 clients including project estimation, invoice, revenue planning, price quotation and financial metrics - RAR, UBR, UER, etc
• Increased customer satisfaction score by more than 20% by proactive internal quality review, proposing new solutions, on-time delivery and improved relationship
Business Development -
• Working closely with the Sales Team and Technology Solutions Leaders for
designing Client proposals & Proactive POC/RFP Responses
• Achieved multi-million dollar deal by tapping into new vertical by
developing high potential RFQ/RFP response in collaboration with sales team
Special Projects -
• Successfully implemented solution using a Six Sigma approach to lower
requirement elicitation process by 30%
• Driving articulation improvement program for base location with support of
HR senior leadership team for 400+ members
• Identification of gaps in background verification check for India location
and strategizing plans to improve the overall process
