Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the adherence to Group Policies in all work activities, maintaining regular communication with relevant parties and stakeholders.
2. Select, negotiate, and foster relationships with approved suppliers, ensuring they remain motivated and consistently deliver on agreed cost, service, and quality standards.
3. Evaluate Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Project and User Requirement Specifications (URS), prepare and execute tenders, negotiate optimal value, and develop commercial contracts.
4. Define business needs and actively participate in the creation of the annual budget. Develop procurement and supply plans aligned with budgetary requirements to ensure the availability of materials, products, and services.
5. Collaborate in sourcing negotiations, ensuring vendors selected meet the negotiated purchasing conditions and terms.
6. Conduct comprehensive procurement tendering for strategic projects, from the creation and submission of Requests for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation to Tender (ITT) to the letter of award.
7. Work closely with the Legal Department to develop contracts and framework agreements for capital investment projects.
8. Develop vendor prequalification criteria and systematically track vendor performance based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within framework agreements.
9. Obtain and analyze feedback on vendors' performance in business units, deploying improvement actions as necessary.
10. Utilize and analyze diverse sources of information creatively to understand wider business, market trends, and supplier dynamics.
11. Actively participate in the preparation of technical and commercial bids as per requirements for all tender submissions.
