Handling and maintaining 5 units Caterpillar 3608 diesel engine.
Handling and maintaining 10 units of 3512 Caterpillar backup generator set.
Ability to completely overhaul to factory tolerances reinstall external and internal diesel engine component and accessories such as head assembles turbochargers, oil pump, fuel pumps, injectors, water pumps, and engine tune up.
Perform complex troubleshooting and repairs on power plant diesel engines.
Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on backup generator set.

Following the preventive maintenance and the shift readings programs.
Examines dismantled machines for defective parts of armored vehicles.

Inspect or measure finished work pieces to determine conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as gauges or micrometers.
Grinding all kind of engine crankshaft according their standard size and under size.
Observe machine operations to detect any problems; make necessary adjustments to correct problems.
Activate machine start-up switches to grind, lap, hone, debar, shear, or cut work pieces, according to specifications.
Set up, operate, or tend grinding and related tools that remove excess material or burrs from surfaces, sharpen edges or corners, or buff, hone, or polish metal or plastic work pieces.
Lift and position work pieces, manually or with hoists, and secure them in hoppers or on machine tables, faceplates, or chucks, using clamps.
